HOT MAT FLOW

Experience our signature Hot Mat Flow class, where mat Pilates comes alive in a dynamic and fluid format. You'll move seamlessly through all your favorite Pilates exercises, enhanced by props such as Pilates Rings, balls, bands and weights. This session offers a slower burn with a few faster-paced intervals, that will have you sweating and having fun!!

HOT STRENGTH

Experience our full body strength style mat class incorporating weights and resistance bands, strength based exercises blended with pilates. Focusing on a slower burn that includes progressive overload and supersetting muscle groups!!

Warm mat flow

If you love the afterglow of a hot class that open, relaxed feeling in your body, but don't always want the heat. Warm Mat Flow is your perfect middle ground! This class offers all the benefits of gentle heat (like improved mobility, muscle release, and circulation), but without the high temps. Perfect for our heat haters, prenatal friends or anyone just wanting a non HOT Mat class experience without sacrificing the benefits. This class is perfect if you're craving the feel good heat of a hot mat flow class without the heat!

Prenatal friends we do ask that ahead of class, you have please spoken with your health professional about exercise during your pregnancy. AFTER 34 weeks we require doctors clearance and will be needed to be presented to your instructor.
