1. What is Hot Pilates?
Hot Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity workout performed in a heated room (around 34–36°C It combines Pilates principles with cardio, strength, and endurance training to tone muscles, build core strength, and improve flexibility—all while sweating it out!
2. Do I need to have Pilates experience?
No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Instructors provide modifications and progressions to help you work at your own pace.
3. What should I bring to class?
A towel for your mat and one for sweat
A full water bottle (hydration is key!)
Wear breathable, moisture-wicking workout clothing

4. How hot does the room get?
The room is heated to approximately 34–36°C (95 This helps warm your muscles, increase flexibility, and boost the detoxifying sweat effect.
5. How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class. This allows time to check in, set up, and settle before the session begins. Late arrivals will not be admitted once the class starts and will be marked as a no-show.
6. What happens if I’m late?
Doors are locked at the start of the session. For safety and respect to others, no late entry is allowed. If you arrive after the class begins, your session is forfeited, and a no-show fee may apply.
7. Can I cancel my class?
Yes – but please cancel at least 5 hours before the session starts to avoid fees:
Late cancellations (within 5 hours): $5 fee
No-shows: $10 fee
8. How often should I do Hot Pilates?
That depends on your fitness goals and recovery needs. Many clients attend 3–5 times per week for optimal results, but even 1–2 sessions per week can provide noticeable benefits.
9. Can I do Hot Pilates while pregnant?
We do not accept prenatal clients beyond 10 weeks of pregnancy for safety reasons. If you're pregnant and already have a membership or class pack, we will place it on hold or extend the expiry.
10. Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be 16 years or older.
11. What if I feel unwell during class?
Take a break. Listen to your body. Rest in child’s pose or step outside the room if needed. Always stay hydrated and speak with your instructor if you feel unwell.
12. Are classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! Instructors offer beginner options and guidance throughout the class. Everyone is welcome, and you're encouraged to work at your own pace.
TERMS AND CONDITONS
Intro Offers & New Clients
Introductory offers are strictly available to brand-new clients and may only be purchased once.
These offers are non-refundable and non-transferable and will activate from the date of your first session booking.
Clients found purchasing Intro Offers more than once will have their accounts suspended and charged for any sessions used at the standard rate.
Session Cancellations
The studio reserves the right to cancel any session with prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, clients will be notified via SMS and the session will be returned to your pass.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the session and incur a $5.00 late cancellation fee.
No-shows or failure to attend a booked session will result in forfeiting the session and a $10.00 no-show fee.
Bookings & Payments
Payment is required prior to booking. You must have active session credits or make payment at the time of booking to secure a spot in class.
Session Attendance
You must arrive, check in, and be on your mat before the session begins. Doors are locked at the start of each session, and late arrivals will not be admitted.
Arriving at or after the session start time is considered a No-Show, and the session will be forfeited with the associated fee.
Health & Safety
Trainers and studio staff reserve the right to:
Restrict participation in specific session types for safety reasons.
Request medical clearance where appropriate.
Refuse entry to clients without appropriate medical clearance.
Session Packs
Expiry dates for session packs vary and are valid from the date of purchase.
All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Extensions may be granted in cases of injury upon submission of a valid medical certificate. Extension requests must be made before the pack expiry date.
Account & Session Use
Sessions are assigned to the individual who purchased them and cannot be transferred to another person.
If someone other than the booked client arrives for a session, they will be asked to create their own account and purchase a pass.
Programs & Challenges
Special programs and challenges may be subject to additional or alternative terms and conditions. Please refer to the specific program details.
Prenatal Clients
We do not accept prenatal clients past 10 weeks of pregnancy.
If you have a membership, we will place it on hold.
If you hold class packs, we will extend the expiry accordingly.
No Children In Studio
At Hot Cave Pilates, the safety, comfort, and focus of all clients are our top priorities. To maintain a peaceful and professional studio environment, we kindly ask that children are not brought into the studio at any time, including the reception area, class spaces, or change rooms.
Why This Policy Exists:
Safety: Our studio includes heated rooms, equipment, and high-traffic areas not safe for children.
Focus: Pilates requires concentration and mindfulness. Distractions impact the experience.
Liability: We are not insured to supervise or accommodate children in the studio.
Please Note:
Children may not wait in the studio, even under supervision.
No exceptions will be made.
Please arrange childcare prior to attending.
