  • Experience our signature Hot Mat Flow class, where mat Pilates comes alive in a dynamic and fluid format. You'll move seamlessly through all your favorite Pilates exercises, enhanced by props such as Pilates Rings, balls, bands and weights. This session offers a slower burn with a few faster-paced intervals, that will have you sweating and having fun!!

  • Experience a functional strength style workout that fuses Pilates with strength training in a heated room. This full body, strength style mat class that incorporates weights. Expect controlled movements, powerful sequences, and a slower, intentional burn using progressive overload and supersets to challenge muscle groups. The result is improved strength, stability, and endurance leaving you sweaty, strong, and energized.
