Yin Yoga is a deeply calming practice designed to release tension, improve flexibility and mobility and restore balance in both body and mind.
Through gentle, held poses, we target the deeper connective tissues/fascia where tension is stored to help you unwind, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This class gives you a space to slow down, to settle deeper, to soften instead of push. An experience that melts tension and awakens stillness, reaching beyond the muscles and into the fascia the deeper connective tissues where stress is often held.

-This class will be a Warm Class, extremely beneficial for Yin Yoga. The warmth warms the muscles and connective tissues, which helps the body move more comfortably during yoga. This warmth makes it easier to stretch deeper, reduce stiffness, and lower the risk of muscle strain during poses. For people who experience joint stiffness, the warm conditions can also make joints feel looser and reduce discomfort during movement, allowing poses to feel smoother and more accessible-
